“O2 remains a great choice for consumers who want more from their mobile plan than just data, largely thanks to its highly popular Priority rewards scheme.
The network offers some of the best lifestyle perks in the industry, giving customers exclusive access to high-street treats and early-access tickets for thousands of gigs and events across the UK.
It is also the only major network to still offer inclusive EU roaming as standard, making it a very strong option for frequent travellers looking to avoid the daily roaming charges found elsewhere.”

Common questions
Everything you need to know
Can I keep my existing phone number?
You can keep your existing phone number when switching to any new network.
The process is very simple:
Get your PAC code: Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your current SIM card. Your current provider will text you the code within a minute.
Give your code to your new network: Contact the new network after signing up to provide them with your PAC code, which will begin the process and will automatically cancel your previous plan. Alternatively, you can enter the PAC code when signing up on the network’s site.
It’s a free service and usually takes just one working day to complete.
What is an Mobile Virtual Network Operator?
An MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) is a network provider that runs on the same infrastructure as the major UK networks like EE, O2, Vodafone, and Three.
Providers like Lebara Mobile, spusu Mobile, and Talkmobile all operate this way, meaning you get identical coverage, speeds, and call quality, just under a different name and often at a lower price.
Are there any hidden fees?
Whilst we have shown what is included in your plan, there may be additional fees outside of your tariff such as roaming in destinations not included in your plan.
Please check the network's website for rates.
