1 Get a £40 Amazon voucher with O2’s recommend a friend scheme
Right now, O2 is offering up to £40 of Amazon vouchers to existing customers who convince their friend to join them on the network.
The giveaway, which you’ll need to fill in a form to claim, applies when customers sign up for a contract at £20 per month or above. But if you want the full £40 reward, you’ll need to get your friend to choose a contract at £40 or above.

2 Free calls with Freedom Pop
Freedom Pop is a completely free mobile phone service. Sign up at any time and you get 200 minutes, 200 texts and 200MB of data per month for life. And you’ll pay nothing for it.
If you want unlimited usage allowances you’ll usually have to pay. But at the time of writing, Freedom Pop is also letting you trial its paid-for tariff for free for a month too. It’ll get you 2GB of data per month, as well as unlimited texts and minutes. After which point you're liable for a charge of £11.99 per month.

4 Check if your home insurance offers ample phone insurance
