The Nokia N97 Mini has landed on Top 10 Mobile Phones for pre-order ahead of its official release later this month.
Customers who submit orders can get the phone for free on Orange from £35 per month, which entitles them to 1,200 minutes per month and 500 texts.
No concrete date has yet been named for the launch of the phone, but buyers can expect to receive their handset within 24 hours of its release.
The Mini is around 20 per cent smaller than its predecessor the N97, but still houses a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard as well as a five megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and dual LED flash.
Other features include a widget-based customisable homescreen, an email attachment viewer and 8GB of built-in storage, with microSD card support offering the option to add a further 8GB of capacity.
The release of the N97 Mini comes as the Finnish company is gearing up for an assault on the Christmas market with a host of flagship phone launches.
These include the E72 business mobile phone, which is optimised for emailing on the go, and the forthcoming X6 and X3 music phones.
