Nokia has unveiled a series of videos showing the N900 in action, as anticipation builds ahead of one of the most eagerly awaited handsets of 2009. The Nokia Conversations blog will have 30 clips to view by the end of November, each of which will showcase a different aspect of the powerful smartphone. Created in response to reader requests, videos currently available to view take in everything from customisation of the N900’s homescreen to social networking applications and multi-tasking. Other key facets covered include gaming, music and the high-end mobile’s imaging capabilities. Due to go on sale imminently, the N900 will be the first handset to feature Nokia’s Linux Maemo operating system. The phone will also pack in a powerful RM Cortex-A8 processor, as well as 1GB of dedicated application memory to allow buyers to use multiple apps simultaneously. Details of carriers currently remain unconfirmed. However, Vodafone is expected to be the first network to offer the phone when it lands in the UK.
