Specifications for the Nokia N87, which will have a 12 megapixel camera to rival the Sony Ericsson Satio along with an AMOLED screen, have been unearthed by tech site BeGeek.
The AMOLED screen will use capacitive technology and is set to be a Nexus One matching 3.7-inches in size.
Inside a 600MHz processor will keep things running fairly smoothly and Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G are also expected to feature.
According to reports, the N87 will use the Symbian operating system, which suggests that it will look and feel a little like a tweaked N97 although its screen and camera will surpass the capabilities of even the N900.
The N87 has been branded with the codename Vasco and it is not the first time that its existence has been alluded to in leaked material.
Back in December 2009, another iteration of the phone was allegedly unveiled, although with a 3.1 inch screen it was markedly less impressive from a technical standpoint than the latest details suggest.
