Sony Ericsson has unveiled another music phone, dubbed the Yendo, to add its Walkman range of handsets.
Features of the handset include a 2.6 inch touchscreen display, a two megapixel camera and the obligatory universal headphone socket.
It will also have the various services which have become staples of recent Walkman phones, including MediaGo and PlayNow.
The Yendo borrows the look and feel of its user interface from the Xperia X10 range and it also has social networking support for the most popular sites around.
Jenny Maltesson of Sony Ericsson said: "Consumers now have a unique Communication Entertainment experience.
"With more than 140 million Walkman phones sold world-wide and touch screen technology increasingly gaining popularity, we have listened to consumers and provided them with the perfect combination."
Sony Ericsson is launching the Yendo in a rainbow of jazzy colours and it expects to have it on the shelves in the UK by late August or early September.
