Vodafone and T-Mobile have started taking pre-orders for the Nokia C7, which teams some undeniably slick imaging capabilities with plenty of scope for customisation.
Both carriers are offering the handset for free from £25 per month, with a range of call minutes, texts and web usage options to choose from.
Pitched somewhere between a mid-range mobile and a higher end smartie, the C7’s standout features are an eight megapixel camera with high definition video recording and a pretty glorious, 3.5-inch, Super AMOLED touchscreen display.
The C7, which will be the second Nokia mobile to run its revamped Symbian 3 operating system, also offers three customisable homescreens for you to fill with apps, widgets and shortcuts to social networking sites and what have you, plus 8GB of internal memory and microSD card support up to 32GB.
As with all Nokia smartphones, the C7 offers a choice of thousands of free and paid for apps from the Ovi Store, taking in everything from games and diversions to practical business tools.
