Video and images of what are purported to be Sony Ericsson’s debut Windows Phone 7 smartphones have leaked online, apparently as new additions to the burgeoning Xperia range.
Check out the clip for yourself below
The standard X7 packs an 8.1-megapixel camera with 720 HD video recording with a HDMI socket for playback on your TV and an expansive 4.3-inch touchscreen and Dolby Digital Surround Sound for enjoying media on the go. Keeping everything ticking over is a 1.2Ghz processor.
Its little brother, the X7 Mini, reduces the screen size to 3.5-inches. However, it more than makes up for that with its 10.1 megapixel snapper with Xenon flash, which also offers 720p video recording in rich HD.
In keeping with minimum system requirements outlined by Microsoft, the Mini edition is powered by a 1Ghz processor.
As is its wont, and we’ve seen time and time again with PSP phone rumours, Sony Ericsson has declined to comment on the veracity of the video. But for what it’s worth, we think they look pretty convincing.
