Vodafone has cut upfront charges on iPhone 4 deals, offering savings of up to £89 on the cost of owning Apple’s current-gen smartphone.
Sign up now for the carrier’s £40 per month, 24-month iPhone 4 16GB contract and you’ll pay nothing upfront for the handset. Previously, a one-off charge of £89 applied on the contract, which entitles takers to 900 call minutes per month, 750MB of mobile internet use and unlimited text messages.
Voda has also reduced the upfront price of the 32GB edition of the iPhone 4 from £129 to £79 on its £45 per month tariff. That’ll also get you unlimited SMS messages, 750Mb of data and a whopping 3,000 call minutes each and every month of the 24-month contract.
If you’re not especially fussed about owning the latest iPhone, but still want to get on board with the apps and smart user experience that an Apple phone offers, you could go for the iPhone 3G S 8GB. That’s now completely free (previously it was £59) on the £30 per month deal over 24 months, with 300 minutes, 500MB of data and 250 texts per month.
