Vodafone has become the third major UK network to launch pre-orders and unveil pricing for the iPhone 4S, leaving just O2 and Three still to show their hands.
In keeping with T-Mobile and Orange, Voda is offering the 16GB edition of the iPhone 4S for free on contracts starting at £46 per month over 24-months.
Want the more capacious 32GB version? That’ll set you back £62 per month, also over a 24 month contract term, natch.
If you’ve absolutely, positively have to have the top of the range 64GB model and want it free, you’re out of luck. But you can still grab it for £62 per month, although you’ll have to pay an upfront fee of £29.
Apple lifted the lid on its new smartphone contender, touted as the ‘most amazing iPhone yet’, earlier this week accompanied by the now very familiar array of PR bells and whistles.
This time around, the handset features an upgraded eight megapixel camera, bringing the handset’s snapper in line with Android-powered rivals, and showcases the attention-grabbing Siri voice advanced commands app.
Other spec sheet highlights take include the same dual core A5 processor as iPad 2 for a smoother, snappier smartphone experience all round and HDPA+ network support, doubling maximum mobile web browsing speeds.
