A camera-focussed take on the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is on the way to store shelves soon, rumours suggest.
According to specs sages GSM Arena, who've got a reader to thank for the tip-off, the handset is provisionally titled the Xperia Arc HD. And, as its name implies, it'll feature a 720p screen and lush FullHD video recording to add a sheen of professionalism to your hamfisted mini movies.
To further sweeten its appeal to snap-happy photography enthusiasts, the smartie will also offer the facility to capture full resolution still images while recording video.
The phone’s other specs remain under wraps. However, judging by its predecessors the Arc and the Arc S, it’s nigh on certain to feature a dual core processor, run Android and retain the curved form factor that gives those phones their name.
With a February 2012 launch at the Mobile World Congress tech expo deemed likely, the Arc HD is nigh-on certain to rock the latest Ice Cream Sandwich version of Google’s OS too.
