That’s right. The Samsung Galaxy Note is finally coming to Three, the carrier has announced.
Despite ruling out early on that it would be on board for Sammy’s supersized smartie, which is available on all other major UK networks, Three has had a change of heart about the Galaxy Note and has confirmed will be offering it in the white edition soon.
The decision was no doubt informed by the device’s unanticipated commercial success courtesy of high-end features such a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED display, a 1.4GHz dual core processor, an eight-megapixel camera and 16GB of on board storage.
What sets it aside from other smartphones, and even tablets, though, is stylus support, making it especially appealing to business and creative types.
Sylvia Chind, head of handsets at Three said, “The Samsung Galaxy Note has a large Super AMOLED HD screen that brings movies and games to life with stunning clarity and colour.
“Plus, with its S-Pen it’s also great for those wanting to work on-the-go and get the best from Three’s award winning 3G network that was built for the mobile internet.”
Pricing and release details have not been revealed yet, but we expect these to be made available imminently.
