Virgin Media (VM) has confirmed it is ranging the Samsung Galaxy S3, becoming the final major UK carrier to officially announce it's jumping aboard with this year's most-wanted smartie.
Interestingly, the network does not give a specific date for when it will be offering the phone and states only that it will be selling it ‘from the summer’.
That suggests to us that it may not be up for grabs from May 29th – the official UK launch date and when most carriers are expected to being selling it – and may not be along on VM until a fair while later.
Unveiled last week after an epic 15-month wait, the Galaxy S3 teams a Siri-style voice commands feature dubbed S-Voice with a quad-core processor and a reassuringly expansive 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD screen.
Purportedly ‘inspired by nature and designed for humans’, Samsung’s new flagship phone is also home to an eight megapixel camera and a secondary, front-facing 1.9 megapixel camera, a long-life,2100mAh battery and comes in at 8.6mm thick.
We've just spoken to Virgin Media and they've told us they expect to be selling the Galaxy S3 some time in June.
