New snaps of yet another ‘leaked’ front panel for the iPhone 5 have surfaced online, giving us a fresh glimpse of what Apple’s next flagship kit might look like.
Unearthed by Apple.pro, the photos reveal both sides of a white front cover purportedly intended for the sixth-generation iPhone, which appears visibly taller but no wider than the current model, as had long been held as a matter of fact by 'shadowy insiders'.
The front camera has been repositioned and now sits at the centre, just above the earpiece. The flash stays where it was, to the left. Sadly, that’s where the differences end, as the cover itself looks virtually unchanged from the design of the iPhone 4S, which is now two years old.
It looks like any chance of a radical rethink is now surely just a pipedream. We’ve yet to come across a leak that suggests otherwise. However, some analysts still predict that Apple may have an ace up its sleeve, so maybe there’s hope just yet.
What do you think? Would you like to see a taller iPhone 5 that looks the same as the previous two models? Let us know in the comments section below.
