Samsung reveals Android Jelly Bean devices, now rolling out to Galaxy S3

Samsung has released a list of devices that will definitely receive an update to the latest Jelly Bean iteration of Android.

With reports that Jelly Bean is now rolling out to the Samsung Galaxy S3 in Poland, the S-giant has officially revealed that a software bump will also be along “soon” for the following handsets and tablets:

  • Galaxy Tab 2.7.0
  • Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
  • Galaxy Note 10.1
  • Galaxy S II
  • Galaxy Note
  • Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus
  • Galaxy S Advance
  • Galaxy S II LTE
  • Galaxy Music
  • Galaxy Chat
  • Galaxy Ace 2
  • Galaxy Beam
  • Galaxy Ace Plus
  • Galaxy Mini II
  • Galaxy S Duos

Alas, exact release dates as to when these will be available weren’t forthcoming and will depend on your network and location.

“The availability and schedule of the software upgrade will vary by market and wireless carriers’ requirements,” Samsung noted.

It also confirmed that the Jelly Bean upgrade for the Galaxy S3 will be “gradually introduced to other markets”.
