What is purported to be the first-ever image of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 has leaked online, ahead of the device’s nigh-on, nailed-on launch at Mobile World Congress(MWC) next month.
Surfacing on Twitter, where it was espied by Sam Mobile, the snap depicts what’s clearly a device with dimensions towards the smaller end of industry-recognised tablet parameters and a white exterior.
Also on display is a bare-bones spec sheet. Assuming this can be believed, the Note 8.0 will feature an eight-inch 1280 x 800 screen, as well as five-megapixel rear-mounted and 1.3 -megapixel front-facing cameras.
The listed features also make mention of a 1.6GHz quad core processor and 16GB of onboard storage, with the option to boost capacity via the microSD card slot.
Separate rumours suggest that the Note 8.0 will also run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box and be powered by a 4,600mAh battery.
