The BlackBerry Q10 has been priced on pay monthly contracts at Carphone Warehouse, ahead of its UK debut next month.

The retailer is offering the latest BlackBerry blower on a host of free phone contracts starting from £36 per month over a two-year term on Orange.

This includes a ‘free phone’, 600 anytime, any-network minutes and 1GB of data per month, as well as unlimited texts.

Customers who pre-order the phone also qualify for a pair of free Bluetooth mini speakers, normally priced £79.99.

Comparable contract offers are also on the site from O2 and Vodafone, as well as EE, which features a slightly higher price point to reflect the fact that you’re getting 4G mobile internet access.

All pre-order customers pre-ordering the phone on these carriers from Carphone Warehouse also benefit from the free mini speakers.

Like the BlackBerry Z10, the Q10 is powered by the all new BlackBerry 10 operating system that swaps the moribund old RIM OS for a more alive user interface more in line with the likes of Windows Phone and the revamped HTC Sense.

The handset is also home to a physical QWERTY keyboard to take advantage of BlackBerry’s always-stellar messaging services, plus a 1.5GHz processor and a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED 330ppi, 720 x 720 display.
