Samsung has revealed it will be holding a special Galaxy-focused event in London on June 20th, setting tongues wagging about the possibility of the Galaxy Note 3 finally making an official appearance.
The gathering, due to take place at London’s Earls Court, will also see new Samsung Ativ devices launch, according to the invite.
Samsung’s Ativ Windows Phones have gone largely unnoticed thanks to the huge popularity of its Galaxy brand.
More gossip about the Galaxy Note 3 has emerged over the weekend, with Korean tipsters claiming the device will pack a 13-megapixel camera with an optical zoom.
If that is the case, it’s bound to put Sammy at the top of the camera pack, not to mention spell the end for compact cameras as we know them.
Optical zoom camera phones have, until now, been the preserve of Japanese and Korean punters.
Samsung’s other, much-mooted Galaxy handsets are also likely to land on June 20th, including the Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S4 Mega.
