Nigh-on complete spec sheets for the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and the Galaxy S4 Zoom have surfaced online, ahead of their expected official unveiling at a press call next month.
According to Hi-Tech. Mail. Ru, the tough-phone take on the S4, aka the Active, reportedly features a five-inch Super AMOLED screen, a 1.9 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 CPU 1.9GHz, alongside an eight-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing snapper.
The ruggedised phone, which is expected to be water and shock resistant, will also offer 16GB of internal storage plus a microSD slot, a 2600 mAh battery and the full complement of connectivity options.
The S4 Zoom, meanwhile, also packs a 4.3” 540 x 960 Super AMOLED display, as well as 8GB of internal memory and runs Android Jelly Bean out of the box. Its main USP, however, is its high-grade 16-megapixel camera with 10X optical zoom, the site reports.
Both handsets are expected to make their debuts at Samsung’s London press call on June 20th, along with fresh additions to the phone-maker’s Windows Phone-powered Ativ range.
