More images of what we can all too readily believe is the next iPhone are the talk of tech sites today, giving info-hungry fans some more to ruminate on ahead of the phone's putative launch in September.
The snaps, which appeared first on Mac Rumors and feature the new edition handset alongside the current-gen model, appear to corroborate much of what other leaks have told us about Cupertino's plans. Very much present and correct, therefore, is the dual flash camera that has been a staple of the rumour mill in recent weeks.
A more powerful processor, perhaps not surprisingly dubbed the A7, is also in evidence, dovetailing with chatter that we can look forward to some more pixel-pushing brawn this time around.
Meanwhile, a detail of the corner of the handset suggests that the shell won't be too much changed from Jonathan Ive's last effort. If you're surprised by this, it's likely that you haven't been paying much attention to Apple's recent product refreshes.
Apple is expected to unveil the phone alternately titled the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 in September, possibly alongside a lower-cost model.
