With hours to go until launch, Three remains the sole confirmed UK iPhone 5s carrier yet to announce pricing. But it has just disclosed it will be coming clean with its contract price points in the early hours of the morning.
The numerical network, which was quick off the mark with iPhone 5c pre-orders and pricing, confirmed plans to make an iPhone 5s announcement in the wee, small hours in response to a customer enquiry on Twitter.
Why Three has left it late in the day to get on board is anyone’s guess. Best case scenario, though, it could have been waiting to see what every other network is offering before undercutting them.
That was certainly the case when it first ranged the iPhone and came to market with some sweet all-you-can-eat data contracts at a time when rival networks were keeping mobile web use strictly rationed on their iPhone contracts.
The iPhone 5s and 5c are set to go on sale tomorrow, amid the usual hysteria that greets new product from the House of Cupertino.
Retailers and networks have intimated to us that they expect to have deals live online from 12.01pm or so tonight.
