We saw a leaked picture of the next Amazon Kindle Fire HD last week, and now here's one of the next entry-level Kindle Fire.
The image - posted by @evleaks - shows a device without a front-facing camera, suggesting it's the next budget model. It's likely the display won't be high definition, unlike the Fire HD.
Over the weekend, Amazon sent out an email to customers saying it'd slashed the price of its Kindle Fire by £30, to £99. The device was launched back in 2011, though it didn't make it to the UK until last year. Either way, it's due a refresh.
There are no other specs to go on just yet.
The next Kindle Fire HD is said to run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The 7-inch version is expected to feature a 1,920x1,200-pixel display, which matches the new Google Nexus 7. Inside, we're looking at a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM.
The 8.9-inch model should have a 2,560x1,600-pixel display, which would equal the Google Nexus 10.
Amazon recently launched a new Kindle Paperwhite e-book reader, too. Christmas is coming, so it's the time of year for new devices.
The new Kindle Fire line-up should launch before the end of the month. Apple is expected to launch new iPads before Christmas, too.
