Sony's Mobile World Congress was marked by an assualt on several fronts. There was a fresh flagship smartphone in the shape of the Xperia Z2. And there was a tablet of the same name that's purported to the world's thinnest slate, as well as a new smartwatch and fitness tracker.
Less headline-grabbing was the Sony Xperia M2 - the company's latest tilt at the mid-range market. But while it might not hog the limelight like its stablemates, it's still worthy of your attention.
Not least because it packs an eight-megapixel camera, a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and a 4.8" TFT display with 540x960 pixels resolution, which Sony claims represents the "world's best smartphone technology in its class".
