As the Samsung Galaxy Note 4’s all-but-nailed-on September 3rd due date approaches, leaked images have given us a clearer idea of what to expect when it emerges blinking into the light next month.
Sourced by GSM Arena, which owes its scoop to an unnamed reader, the photos show that the handset will once again feature a leatherette rear panel. So very business as usual there, then.
However, as with the recently spotted Galaxy Alpha, it also features what looks like metal frame, suggesting that Samsung has finally heeded the public’s calls for more premium materials.
Elsewhere, you can discern a holder for the Note range’s trademark S-Pen stylus and what some reckon looks like a heart-rate monitor sitting flush to the side of the rear-facing camera.
The snaps emerge days after an extensive spec sheet for the Note 4 surfaced online, suggesting that the handset will pack a 4.8-inch screen, a 13-megapixel camera, heartrate and fingerprint sensors and run Android 4.4 out of the box.
