The specs for the HTC One (M9) have leaked. And if they're on the money, HTC's next flagship will be an absolute powerhouse.
The handset will reportedly be powered by the Qualcomm 1.56GHz octa-core Snapdragon 810 chip, alongside 3GB of DDR4 RAM. Impressive.
In line with previous rumours, HTC will ditch the 4-megapixel 'ultrapixel' duo-lens snapper on the HTC One (M8) in favour of a 20.7-megapixel model. However, the front-facer will reportedly use ultrapixels, with a resolution equivalent of 4 megapixels.
Things are a bit less staggering on the screen front.
The phone is expected to rock a 5-inch, 1080p panel. Which would be a little underwhelming in the face of the 2K displays slated for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Sony Xperia Z4.
Storage-wise, we're looking at 32GB or 64GB plus a microSD card slot.
So what else can we expect? The company's BoomSound speakers are a given, as is a 2,840mAh battery, Android Lollipop and HTC's Sense 7 UI.
Previous leaks have shown the phone to have a very similar design to its predecessor.
HTC will hold an event on March 1st, a couple of hours before Samsung's. Expect official confirmation then.
