The Huawei Nexus 6P, Google’s upcoming new flagship smartphone, has appeared in a new leak, showing the front and back of the device in clear detail for the first time.
The image shows a fairly standard smartphone design from the front. However, around the back there’s clearly a handy fingerprint scanner, sitting just where you’d rest your index finger when using the handset.
This feature has been used before by LG, which is making Google’s other new headline–grabbing handset, the Nexus 5.
While clear images of that phone have not surfaced just yet, the same outlet which revealed the picture of the Huawei Nexus 6P has also shown off packaging for both new phones.
The boxes feature large X and P logos to differentiate between the two devices, although they give little more on what we can expect specs wise from either of them.
The smaller LG Nexus 5X is expected to come with a 5.2–inch screen, while the Huawei Nexus 6P is due to feature a 5.7–inch screen, with models available in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB versions.
Both are due to be revealed at a Google event in San Francisco on September 29th.
