A freshly leaked case design for Apple’s long–awaited iPhone 8 appears to back up a series of rumours surrounding the device’s key specs.
As per a string of recent reports, the case suggests Apple is planning to include a vertical dual lens camera set-up, along with an all–screen front, possibly hiding a Touch ID fingerprint scanner behind its display.

The latter has long been believed to be a key component of Apple’s redesigned iPhone, despite claims it was causing the device to be heavily delayed.
Likewise, the vertical camera has now become a staple of rumours emerging from Apple’s supply chain.
Such a camera would allow the iPhone 8 to work with a VR headset, possibly one made by Apple itself.
Elsewhere, the leak points towards Apple sticking with the same volume and mute buttons as on previous iPhones and continuing to omit a 3.5mm headphone slot.
The iPhone 8 is expected to launch in September, before being released in October.
