The move brings the total number of destinations Three Advanced plan customers can roam to 71, more than any other network.

Three says it has expanded into these long haul destinations now as customers get ready for winter sun holidays.

Three has long pioneered inclusive use of allowances while travelling abroad, abolishing roaming charges in Europe in 2013, four years before they were officially abolished by the European Union.

Three’s CEO, Dave Dyson, said: “My ambition is to free our customers and offer 100% free roaming worldwide, and we will continue to abolish unfair roaming charges until we achieve this.

“To reassure our customers, we have also committed to no changes to roaming on Three following Brexit.”
