About Keystone

Keystone Buy to Let Mortgages was formed in 2011 when Mortgages for Business realised there was a gap in the market for professional property investors with larger portfolios. Mortgages for Business saw that many professional landlords were struggling to obtain mortgage funding for houses in multiple occupation or buy properties via a limited company.

As a result of the shortage of suitable mortgages, Mortgages for Business got together with the Aldermore Bank and Keystone Buy to Let Mortgages was developed. Today the business is able to offer individual landlords and limited companies access to a wide range of mortgage products for single dwellings, HMOs, and multi unit properties.

Keystone mortgage products are only available through intermediaries and selected mortgage brokers.

Classic Keystone mortgages are available in a range of fixed term and tracker mortgage deals.

Classic mortgages are suitable for single properties, HMOs or multi unit properties.

Premier Keystone mortgages are for landlords wishing to borrow between £600k and £1 million. Premier mortgages are not available for HMOs. Mortgage products include fixed term and tracker deals.

The Solutions range from Keystone is a flexible medium term range of mortgages suitable for landlords who want to strengthen their financial profile. These mortgages are suitable for landlords who are struggling to obtain mortgage finance, but who will be in a position to repay or refinance the mortgage loan in three years.

Mortgages are available on repayment or interest only terms.
