sky now tv box

If you own Sky's Now TV Box - an absolute steal at £10 - you can now watch YouTube videos on it via the official YouTube app.

The app is available to download now from the Roku Channel Store. It lets you watch user-generated clips, full-length films, music videos, video walkthroughs, and more, all on your TV.

"The Now TV Box offers a huge range of entertainment options to be enjoyed on your own big screen," Gideon Katz, director of Now TV, said in a statement. "The addition of YouTube means there’s even more to discover and experience.

"With the flexibility to dip in and out of great movies, entertainment or sport with the relevant pass from Now TV, catch-up TV and now videos from your favourite YouTube channels, it’ll be hard to find an excuse to leave the sofa."

YouTube joins the host of catch-up services already available on Now TV, including BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, 4oD, and Demand Five. And of course Now TV, Sky's streaming service for non-Sky customers. Though you have to pay to watch Now TV.

Sky Sports is £9.99 a day, Sky Movies is £8.99 a month, and the Entertainment Pass is £4.99 a month.
