The UKTV Play app has come to YouView, letting viewers watch catch-up shows from its channels Dave, Really and Yesterday.

Shows include 'Crackanory', 'The Sixties', 'Alan Davies: As yet Untitled' and 'Most Haunted'.

To access them, press the blue button on your YouView remote and head to the catch-up menu. Or you can start catch-up shows from the EPG by scrolling back to them.

The app launched on iOS over the summer, but the YouView version is optimised for the big screen.

"We created UKTV Play to give viewers access to UKTV's fantastic content anytime, anywhere via a single on-demand destination," Dan Fahy, UKTV's director of commercial and business development, said in a statement.

"UKTV's viewers really embraced the new UKTV Play app when it launched on iOS in the summer and the launch of UKTV Play on PC and YouView marks the next step in growing UKTV's first fully-digital brand."

Catch-up shows are available for seven days after broadcast.

A PC version of the app also launched today.

Catch-up shows from UKTV's entire portfolio of channels are also available on Virgin Media's on-demand platform.
