arsenal v spurs

BT Sport has announced which Barclays Premier League fixtures it will broadcast late in the winter.

The north London derby gets top billing, with the clash between Arsenal and Tottenham taking place on February 7 at 12:45pm.

The fixture list includes three games in five days. Following Arsenal vs Tottenham, Liverpool take on Tottenham on February 10 at 8pm, and then Chelsea face Everton on February 11 at 7:45pm.

Tottenham take on West Ham on February 22 at midday, and then Arsenal face Everton on March 1 at 2:05pm.

As well as these fixtures, BT Sport will show games from the fifth round of the FA Cup around Valentine's weekend.

"We've got a fantastic selection of absorbing matches for BT Sport viewers over these three weeks," Simon Green, head of BT Sport, said in a statement. "The intense rivalry of the north London derby never wanes and should make for a brilliant atmosphere, especially as both clubs will be looking for points to secure European places."

BT Sport is currently vying with Sky Sports to snap up rights to more live games in the Premier League auction. Last week it announced it would show four Aviva Premiership rugby games free of charge between Christmas and New Year.
