Lifestyle channel Home will be free to watch from next month. Currently you have to pay to watch the channel, but it'll land on Freeview, YouView and EE TV on March 1st.

It's not yet been confirmed whether Home will appear on Freesat. Its UKTV stablemates Dave and Gold don't appear on the platform, though at the end of last year, Yesterday, Drama and Really – which are owned by the same company – all made the move.

To watch Home at the moment, you need a subscription to Sky, Virgin, BT or TalkTalk TV.

Home is known for celebrity-fronted home and lifestyle shows, such as 'My Flat-Pack Home featuring Amanda Lamb' and 'SOS featuring Nadia Sawalha'.

"Moving Home in to free-to-air households gives a greater reach to our channel, offering more viewers the opportunity to watch our great roster of much-loved shows fronted by big-name talent," said Emma Ayech, general manager for Home. "We're looking forward to welcoming new audiences to our Home."
