We've got plenty to warm your cockles on a cold December night, including FA Cup second round action, a buddy cop comedy and a documentary about a legendary dancer.

Peterborough United vs Notts County

7:30pm, BT Sport 1

It might be nearly Christmas, but the FA Cup rolls on. This clash sees Peterborough host Notts County in the second round. The game earlier this month finished as a 2-2 draw, so to say the teams are evenly matched would be an understatement. BT Sport is also showing the match in 4K, for anyone with the right subscription package and a compatible telly.

Hot Fuzz

9pm, ITV2

It might not be as sharp as the team's zom-rom-com 'Shaun of the Dead', but this police comedy still has plenty to enjoy. Over-achieving city cop Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) is reassigned to a sleepy rural village which, while seemingly crime-free, hides a dark secret. If you're a fan of buddy comedies, cop films, or action movies of any description, this is a must-see.

Darcy Bussell: Looking for Margot

10:45pm, BBC One

The 'Strictly' judge goes on a mission to find out the truth about legendary ballerina Margot Fonteyn. Dancers of all stripes may have idolised her, but her life was plagued by betrayal, sadness and disappointment, and despite dancing until she was 60, Fonteyn died alone and in poverty. Bussell talks to those who knew her, as well as contemporary dancers who continue to be inspired by her.
