now tv live pause

Now TV is now available in Ireland.

Now TV is the contract-free way to watch Sky's programmes. Instead of signing a 12-month contract, you choose what to watch each month by buying one or more 'passes', each of which give you different channel choices. Don't fancy spending any money this month? There's no obligation to buy a pass, so you can save your pennies.

The Entertainment pass gives you access to shows like 'Game of Thrones', 'Billions' and 'Big Little Lies', as well as over 250 box sets on-demand. It costs £6.99 a month, or €15 a month in Ireland.

The Sky Cinema pass unlocks the latest films, like 'Star Trek Beyond', 'X-Men: Apocalypse' and 'The Legend of Tarzan'. It costs £9.99 a month, or €15 a month in Ireland.

The Sky Sports pass brings you live sporting action, including the Premier League, Formula One and all four golf majors. It costs £6.99 (€10 in Ireland) for a day, £10.99 (€15) for a week or £33.99 (€50) for a month.

Lastly, the Kids pass lets you watch thousands of episodes of kids' TV, including 'Morph', 'The Tom & Jerry Show' and 'SpongeBob SquarePants'. It costs £2.99 a month, but isn't currently available in Ireland.

You don't need a satellite dish to watch Now TV either, as it's delivered over the internet. You just need a broadband connection and a mobile device or computer to watch on. To watch on your TV, you'll need a Now TV Box – the standard one costs £15, while the Now TV Smart Box (which also gives you Freeview) costs £40.
