Here's the first trailer for 'Mute', the new film from 'Warcraft' director Duncan Jones.
Set in Berlin in 2052, 'Mute' follows a mute bartender called Leo, played by Alexander Skarsgard ('Big Little Lies'), as he searches for his missing girlfriend Naardirah, played by Seyneb Saleh ('Deutschland 86').
On the way, he meets a surgeon called Cactus Jack (played by Paul Rudd of 'Ant Man' fame) and someone called Duck Teddington (Justin Theroux from 'Mulholland Drive').
As you can see, it's very heavily influenced by 'Blade Runner', complete with flying cars and neon lights. It's set in the same universe – pardon the pun – of Jones' debut 'Moon'.
Jones actually wrote 'Mute' before 'Moon', but it ended up being less of a priority after he saw Sam Rockwell's audition for 'Moon'.
'Mute' will air on Netflix on 23rd February.
