Premier League October 2016

Sky is playing Santa, and giving its customers a few festive treats.

Chief among them are three Premier League football matches, which it will show on Sky One – that means customers who haven’t subscribed to Sky Sports Premier League – or indeed any sports package at all – will be able to watch them.

The matches are Fulham vs Wolves (kick-off midday), Brighton vs Arsenal (5pm) and Watford vs Chelsea (7:15pm). All three take place on Boxing Day.

Sky will also screen Hugh Jackman’s The Greatest Showman on Sky One on Boxing Day. (Everything shown on Sky One is accessible for Now TV customers who have an Entertainment Pass.)

From today, Sky customers can download Arthur Christmas for free from the Sky Store. (It was on Channel 4 on Saturday, also for free, but never mind.)

Sky is also offering a Christmas freebie to its landline customers. Those with Sky Talk will get unlimited calls from Sky Talk UK landlines to any worldwide landline or mobile on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. And Sky Mobile customers will also get a present of their own – unlimited data to use within the UK, again on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
