Executive Assistant to MD - Comparison - London

An exciting opportunity for a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to join the Comparison business following the investment by Red Ventures and Silver Lake.

The role will provide first class administrative support to the Comparison MD and ad hoc support to other members of the comparison senior management team

Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring emails - prioritising workload
  • Managing MD’s diary - organising meetings (internal/external) and co-ordinating travel- both international and national
  • Ensuring the MD is prepared and briefed for all meetings
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing departmental workflows and deadlines, able to take actions from the MD and deliver projects in line with company strategy
  • Attending and note taking during Senior Leadership Team meetings, drafting the summary report and actions
  • Organise and maintain legal documentation
  • Assisting in the Office relocation project
  • Organising events internal & external
  • Ad hoc reports and analysis
  • Other Ad hoc support for MD
  • Working with the US Red Ventures HQ to coordinate any international visits to the UK
  • Working with Facilities to coordinate desk moves and seating plans

Requirements

Essential skills

  • Excellent administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • The ability to work in an agile way
  • Advanced level Google doc skills
  • Exceptionally well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and multi task
  • Highly eloquent with first class communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and experienced dealing with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Hardworking, proactive with a flexible and collaborative working approach
  • Strong interpersonal and literacy skills with the ability to interact well with people at all levels
  • Strong numerical ability with experience of working with figures and providing analysis
  • Understanding of the importance of being both a gatekeeper and an initial point of contact for the MD
  • Willingness to provide ad hoc support on various projects
