Account Manager - Broadband Team - London

As market leaders with our comparison product as well as in the relationships we maintain, this role is a great opportunity for a capable Account Manager to become a key part of our award-winning Client Services team.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our best-in-class client relationships and ensuring that their needs are delivered above expectations. This will involve:

  • Developing close relationships as a key point of contact with major broadband providers (including Sky, Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media etc.)
  • Business development - identifying new opportunities to drive performance and increase revenues with both existing and new advertisers
  • Intimate understanding of campaign performance - detailed analysis on site / product performance, user behaviour and market trends, with a view to offering actionable feedback
  • Reporting feedback to clients regularly in face-to-face briefings, frequent calls and via e-mail
  • Collaborating with the financial and analytical teams to ensure accuracy in commercial relationships
  • Briefing client-related design and development projects internally, and ensuring timely delivery

In return, you’ll be:

  • Working closely with key commercial representatives in the Broadband team
  • Developing strategic relationships with some of the world’s biggest telecoms brands
  • Building your knowledge of key account management, online performance marketing and business development

The things we look for in you:

  • Commercially astute and highly numerate, not afraid to enter negotiations with support
  • A minimum of two years in the performance marketing industry
  • Telecoms sector experience preferable, however not essential
  • Fantastic people skills, a strong communicator
  • A very clear understanding of how to deliver first-rate client service, striving to deliver beyond expectations
  • A passion or interest in technology & online marketing
  • Friendly, personable, open to enjoying a team-oriented social life
