The role

Finding and hiring the best talent in the market is a key strategic objective for RVU and essential for our continued success as an inclusive, technology driven organisation. This creates a challenging, fascinating backdrop to a role that will play a key part in the future of the business.

Our Talent Partners have a high level of autonomy and ownership over their areas of focus and are responsible for providing an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. and Here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Source the very best direct candidates in the market through multiple channels including headhunting, advertising, talent pooling, social media, networking and referrals.
  • Own the end to end recruitment process with a hands-on approach to candidate and hiring manager engagement.
  • Develop and manage agency relationships where appropriate.
  • Brand promotion; an active presence at networking events, meetups, sponsorship events and talks.
  • Finding ways to improve how we work, attract talent, solve problems (big and small)

Requirements

What we're looking for

In no particular order, here are some key credentials we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in agency or internal recruitment with a demonstrable track-record of directly sourcing high quality talent under tight timeframes.
  • The ability to use technical and competency interviewing techniques to objectively assess candidates with varied backgrounds.
  • A good understanding of the Tech industry
  • Awareness of unconscious bias issues in the recruitment process and techniques to overcome it.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and advise hiring managers on the external market and best practice.
  • You will need to be focused on driving results, passionate about recruitment, and an accountable team player.
