The next step will depend on the supplier you have chosen.
If you have completed your switch through uSwitch:
- Your details will be processed and forwarded to your supplier
- uSwitch will send you an email to confirm your application
- Your new supplier will contact you to confirm the date your service will commence - this takes about a week
If you have been redirected to your chosen supplier’s website:
- uSwitch will send you an email to confirm your application
- You will be asked to enter your details on their secure web pages
- The supplier will process your details
Your new supplier will be in control of your application from this point onwards
