uSwitch.com have launched the results of their first home phone customer satisfaction survey. As well as being the only home phone price comparison service approved by Ofcom *, uSwitch is the only comparison service to offer an insight into customers’ satisfaction with their supplier.

uSwitch commissioned YouGov , one of the UK's leading market research companies to conduct the survey of home phone customers in September 2005. Customers were asked a range of questions about their supplier; covering the quality of customer service, their billing, call plans value for money and the ease of transfer to their supplier. Phone suppliers have then been given a headline satisfaction figure based on the percentage of customers that stated that overall; they were “very” or “fairly” satisfied with their current home phone supplier.

Using the survey results consumers will be able to get an insight into customers' satisfaction with their phone supplier. In addition, consumers will be able to read actual customer reviews about suppliers featured on uSwitch.com.

uSwitch.com will be updating the survey every six months.
