16th September 2004: Customers receive instant refunds if their home phone bills would have been cheaper with BT, TalkTalk, Tele2 or OneTel.
First:telecom has announced a tariff that automatically refunds the difference back to consumers on their monthly phone bill if they could have paid less with either BT, TalkTalk, Tele2 or Onetel.
Along with their monthly bill, customers will receive a comparison against BT, TalkTalk, Tele2 and Onetel. If customers would have received a cheaper home phone bill with any of these four suppliers, first:telecom will automatically refund the difference on that bill.
All first:telecom customers also receive free calls to other first:telecom customers at all times of day.
First:telecom are not currently on the uSwitch site, although work is developing and they will be included on the site in the near future.
