Whilst we aim to convey all of these to our customers, the offer must meet certain guidelines for us to include it in our calculations. We only include offers that will have a real and lasting effect on the customer’s phone bill.
Our guidelines for home phone comparisons
We only include offers and joining incentives in our calculations where:
- offer must give a discount for at least 6 months
- offer must run for at least 4 weeks
Details on offers
For these offers we will also display the following information:
- the offer’s start and end date
- length of time the offer is valid for (must be at least 6 months)
- confirmation that we have taken it into account in the calculations
