If you have broadband, digital TV or a bundled package then you should be aware of the implications of switching your phone service to a different supplier.
If you have a bundle package
If you have a broadband and phone bundled package then you will usually be tied into a 12 month (or longer) contract. If this is the case and you wish to switch your phone, then you will have to pay out the remainder of your contract. If you are outside your 12 month contract then you should be able to switch your phone without any problem.
If you don’t currently have a bundle package
If you don’t currently have a bundled package, or you have different suppliers for your broadband and phone, then you can switch either without any problem. To do this, simply use the broadband switching service or our home phone switching service.
