Phones 4u has stepped up its mobile broadband operations with the announcement that it is to stock a widened range of computers.
A deal with Brightstar Europe will see PCs and notebooks manufactured by the likes of HP, Toshiba, Sony and Acer distributed to the retailers 440 stores in the UK.
Phones 4u now intends to increase the number of bundles incorporating WiFi and mobile broadband products that it offers customers.
Richard Baxendale, UK managing director of Brightstar Europe, said: "Phones 4u is leading the way in opening up the possibilities of always-on mobile internet and messaging to its customers.
"This agreement with Brightstar Europe will enable Phones 4u to offer the widest range of options for mobile data from all the leading PC manufacturers."
Phones 4u, which will now hope to build a wider subscription base, currently stocks a range of Fujitsu laptops.
