Mobile broadband provider 3 is continuing to offer dongle-based web services with the Dell Mini 1012 Netbook.
Consumers seeking a laptop with broadband services may be interested in the deal, which enables them to connect to the internet on the move.
As promoted in a new Metro newspaper ad, the mobile broadband deal offers a free IGB dongle and laptop from just £17.50 per month.
The Dell Mini 1012 comes with a 10.1-inch high definition display, an Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz processor and the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system.
The broadband deal is available to subscribers on a 24-month contract.
For web users with higher usage demands, 3 is also offering a 15GB dongle option for £15 per month.
