Today, the newly appointed CEO of npower has announced his commitment to make the energy supplier number one in the industry for customer experience by launching a ‘Voice of the Customer’ programme. The scheme aims to use customer feedback to shape future intiatives and business decisions

“With energy prices at an all-time high, competition has to work for consumers. If all suppliers are offering great service and great deals, more consumers will feel inspired to shop around and this in turn will help to keep prices down for everyone.
