    1. "1. They did not notify me when I could have saved money by switching to a cheaper tariff, or when they have introduced cheaper tariffs to the one I was on. 2. The gas meter was changed a year before we moved in yet it was a year and half after we moved in that they stopped using the meter reading from the old meter as the starting point everytime our meter was read. 3. To get anything like the best price I have to pay by direct debit and they have yet to get anywhere near close to an accurate guess at my consumption."
