  Customers can call 789 from their handset for assistance or 0845 6000 789 from a landline. Calls to 789 are free or just 10p per call if you need to speak to a team member.

  Pay monthly and Pay as you go tariffs are available on Virgin Media, with great rates on both plans.

  Pay monthly deals generally come with a free phone and offer a combination of texts and minutes to suit all customers’ requirements and budgets.

  You can use the airtime in your package to make calls and send texts from within the UK to any UK mobile network and UK landline number at any time.

  After you have used up your monthly accreditation your usage is charged at Virgin Media’s standard rate. Alternatively, if your find you need more minutes or texts, you can change your tariff from month to month

  Pay monthly deals also include free itemised online billing and free voicemail in the UK.

  Pay as you go customers can choose from two great tariffs. The Daily Bonus deal calls become free to any landline or mobile network after a pre-determined amount of daily usage as well as 5 free texts a day, when they send 5 messages to any mobile, or even a landline, in the UK.

  Meanwhile, the standard pay as you tariff offers simple to understand billing and cheap rates.

  Virgin employs the T-Mobile network, which provides excellent coverage across the UK.

  T-Mobile’s 2G network covers 99 per cent of the population, while its 3G network covers 84 per cent.
